Program Administration
Department is located in Level-1, headed by the Program
Director who is a Senior Officer appointed by MSD.
 The
Program administration is responsible for implementation of
administrative and operational policies and procedures in
addition to the overall
management of Health care services
in the Hospital, the Primary Care Clinics and the Hospital
School.
 The Program Administrative team
consists of Program Director, Deputy Program Director and
all Departmental Senior Managers. Our Senior Management team
members, having considerable management experience in the
health care services meet regularly to discuss various
management activities for supporting the Hospital’s
operational requirements.
The Program Director, a senior
military officer who is a leader and achiever with an
impressive track record of success, brings a wealth of
experience to the organization and has been instrumental in
the rapid growth of Hospital facilities in the recent
years. The formal organization of the Hospital is based on
a directorate structure in which each broad functional area
is headed by a senior manager. The Senior Managers report to
the Program Director and are responsible for directing the
work of the services as required for providing quality
patient care. The Program administration is committed to
providing administrative support for quality healthcare
services for its patients consistent with current
international professional standards as required by MSD.
