Arriving at the
Hospital
The procedure on arrival at the
Hospital will vary depending on the time of arrival and the day of
the week. However, in general terms, after being
allocated to your accommodation, your first day will involve the
following:

Visit to the Recruitment Office
to review your Contract of Employment

Completion of arrival
documentation for Payroll, ID and Personnel Records in the
Manpower Department

Introduction to the Program
Director
-
Lunch
-
Introduction to your Department
Head/Supervisor

Uniform Issue
Your Job-orientation will be
arranged with your Department Head or Supervisor, and you will
be scheduled to attend a 2 day Hospital Orientation soon after
your arrival. |

Arriving in Saudi
Arabia
Most new employees will arrive at
the King Khalid International Airport (KKIA) in Riyadh.
The airport is located about 35km north of the city centre and has
been described as "...a masterpiece of modern architecture" which
reflects aspects of Arabic culture. Click on the image to

Passenger Lounge KKIA
After completing Immigration
and Customs procedures, new employees will be met by a Hospital
Representative and either taken to their onward flight to Qaisumah
Airport, or our Riyadh Guest Villa for overnight or transit
accommodation. |
