The Patient Services Department is responsible for a broad range of patient-related administrative support that includes:

• Medical Records

• Patient Relations

• Social Work

• Admission & Discharge

• Central Appointments

• Patient Registration

• Patient Transfers

• Clinic Reception

Medical Records Staff

This broad range of activity provides departmental staff with a variety of opportunity to practice and develop their skills in healthcare clerical and administrative procedures.   Working closely with clinical colleagues, the departmental staff are central in managing the core information base on which medical care decisions are made.
