Department is divided into (2) sections:

1. Personnel
2. Governmental Relations

Ensuring proper guidance to all Program Staff which concerns their welfare and benefits.

It also provides the following services:

• Meet and Greet to all program staff with liaison officer assigned at the airport.

• Processing of applications for hospital ID's ,health card, Resident Cards (IQAMA)

• All approved Leave Request.

• Tickets requests applications.

• Transportation arrangements through our weekly scheduled recreation bus trips (Riyadh, Al Khobar)

• Hotel arrangements in (Al khobar/Riyadh) with reduced rate for all staff.

• Online applications of (Identification Certificates) and requests pertaining to personnel department, https://hr.naafh.med/online

Governmental Relations is mainly concerned with finalizing and follow up of employees' correspondences at the different Governmental Institutions:

Issuance and Renewal of Iqamas for all program staff.

Re-entry Visa Stamping for annual leave applications

Issuance of exit-visa for employees leaving on End of Contract Support for Renewal of passports at the different embassies with our liaison officers in Riyadh
